2021 Spring Registration is now open

We are now taking sign-ups for our 2021 spring softball season! You can register your daughter today to play in our spring fast-pitch or slow-pitch programs by clicking on the "2021 Spring Registration" banner at the top of our home page. As we did last summer and fall, we will again be employing a set of COVID guidelines to keep our players and coaches safe on the field this year.

Slow pitch is for Mt. Lebanon girls in grades 1 through 12, with five separate local leagues spread across the various age groups. We also offer girls from both Keystone Oaks and Seton Lasalle High Schools the opportunity to play in our Major League (9th through 12th grade).

Fast pitch is for Mt. Lebanon girls ages 8 through 15, with teams spread across three separate age groups. Our fast-pitch teams travel and compete against other teams from the Pittsburgh area.

For those who may be new to our organization, the Mt. Lebanon Girls Softball Association is a non-profit organization committed to providing girls the opportunity to play softball as an organized recreational activity and to promoting good sportsmanship in all association-sponsored activities. Spring softball includes our biggest and most populated leagues, with over 700 girls from 1st through 12th grades taking the field and stepping up to the plate from early April (when practices start) to late June (when our championship games are played).

It is important to register as soon as possible, as the earlier your daughter is signed up, the easier it is to organize the leagues to ensure we have enough coaches and facilities to support all our teams. We will begin assembling teams in early March (either by school or by draft, depending on the age group), and practices start in just two months. Register now to avoid a late fee that kicks in on March 1st.

If you're interested in volunteering as a coach, assistant coach or parent helper, the option to apply is now also available from our registration page. All team head coaches and assistant coaches are REQUIRED to complete and submit to the league clearance information pursuant to the Pennsylvania Act 153 of 2014.
